Who we are. Holstein Inc. DBA "Zerva," privacy@getzerva.com. We operate getzerva.com, signup.getzerva.com, and the Zerva platform at zrv.app, including each customer's subdomain of zrv.app (the "Service").
To provide, secure, bill for, support, and improve the Service; to send you service and billing communications; and to comply with law.
Stripe (payments), Telnyx (SMS delivery), Resend (email), DigitalOcean & Cloudflare (hosting/CDN).
Your guests book, join your waitlist, manage their visit and leave feedback on pages served from your zrv.app subdomain (for example, yourbusiness.zrv.app), or from a domain of yours that we host for you. The short links in your texts open those same pages. What guests enter there, such as their name, phone number, email, party details, visit and feedback history, and SMS consent, is collected on your behalf. You are the controller and we are your processor. Your own privacy notice on those pages (for example, yourbusiness.zrv.app/privacy) tells guests how you use it. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver and secure those pages.
Messages are sent on your behalf; consent and content are your responsibility. Guests can reply STOP to opt out.
We do not sell personal data. We share only with the sub-processors above and as required by law.
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal/accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us; certain state laws (incl. New York) may give additional rights.
Encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted secrets at rest. No method is 100% secure.
