What we collect

Account / business data: business name, owner/contact name, email, phone, address, and billing details.
Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card or bank numbers on our servers — Stripe handles and secures that data (PCI DSS).
Guest data you enter: your guests' names, phone numbers, emails, and reservation/visit history. You are the controller of this data; we are your processor.
Usage data: logs, device/browser info, and feature usage to operate and improve the Service.

To provide, secure, bill for, support, and improve the Service; to send you service and billing communications; and to comply with law.

Stripe (payments), Telnyx (SMS delivery), Resend (email), DigitalOcean & Cloudflare (hosting/CDN).

Messages are sent on your behalf; consent and content are your responsibility. Guests can reply STOP to opt out.

We do not sell personal data. We share only with the sub-processors above and as required by law.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal/accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us; certain state laws (incl. New York) may give additional rights.

Encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted secrets at rest. No method is 100% secure.
